This mix makes excellent corn bread, corn dogs, corn cookies, Johnny cakes, hush puppies, and more! You can sub this in for any recipe with corn mix CUP-FOR-CUP to make it gluten free! We use real milled corn to give it that true, nutty classic carnival flavor.  Just add eggs and buttermilk or milk!
